Vacation Countdown not on dvcmember.com?

Hi all, just curious if vacation countdown has disappeared from everyone's dvcmember.com main page??? I used to be able to enter in my date and resort I was staying at and it would count down days, hours, minutes. Now it's gone! Right in the middle of my latest countdown. I thought it was a fluke and just an error, but it's been that way for 3 days now. Just want to make sure it's not my computer!

Not sure how long it's been since you last logged in, but my countdown hasn't worked for about 3 months now. Every time I log in, I re-enter my dates, and every time I come back... nothing.

Mine was working before I left on my trip Feb 15th. I remember telling my family how many hours were left!

Sometimes I've had to re-enter mine also but for the last few days its just been gone...Where did it go? I need it back!

I wonder if this is part of DVC's new tiered points program? Only high point owners are entitled to the "official countdown".

Mine was gone yesterday, but it's there this morning. I had to reenter the date and resort and reactivate it though.

I went to DVC site to re-enter my info since the countdown timer is back and I did not need to. It was back and the info still there...smjj

I logged into Member site this morning to check Reservations and was asked to complete the Survey. I was asked specifically about our Vacation Countdowns and noted for everyone that there seemed to be an issue with them and we would like them returned.
Now that being said knowing how responsive the Survey Team is they should be working just anytime now...Shawn

Mine is back too, but I had to reset it. However I am now in double digits. That made my day!!
