I am using them at the end of March. We will be in townhouse #1. Well, they had our dates available and the reviews were excellent as well. Communication has been great and I am confident it will be a wonderful experience. I don't think you will go wrong. Word of mouth has been solid about them.

We have stayed in two of their condos (202C and 204B), and both were terrific. Very clean, well kept, great owners. A very short walk to the pool and clubhouse. And lots of great perks - free long distance, free wifi, etc.

I would say if you are a first-time condo renter, keep in mind that you are not going to get a "heavenly" hotel bed. Still, for the price and amenities, it's a deal that can't be beat!

We used them in January, stayed in #404.

THey were WONDERFUL to work with... I highly highly highly recommend them. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean, and just a short walk to the pool/clubhouse. It was very quiet there, too. My kids keep saying they want to go back to "our" condo in Florida... esp when there was still snow on the ground when we arrived back home!

Thanks so much! We booked 204B for our trip. Paid in full and by the next day they had emailed us with all the information! So far I'm really happy with the owners. I can't wait to stay there! I think it will be a great trip!

We booked through them for a 1 week stay in 203 for the 1st week in February. Great site, condo was amazing and we would recommend it
