Has anyone rented from here? We are looking at units 301 and 402C in Windsor Hills. Is it usual for the owner to list one form of payment on the website , then state they only use paypal and you have to pay the fee to use the credit card?
Just curious. This is our first time looking at staying offsite.

I booked with them. Haven't went yet but I paid with check and I will send my balance in check form as well. they were very helpful when we were asking questions before booking. Dave replyed to all my emails within a couple of hours.

I am booked with them for my December trip. There has been many good things said about them. I was trying to book them for my trip coming Aug 2nd but I waited too late and I even booked in April. They do sell out it seems so book early if you can and it is what you want to do.

We are renting from them next month. We had a lot of questions since this is our first time since '00 staying offsite and they have been very quick with responses. We actually have 2 reservations - 1 we booked a few months ago and 1 we booked last minute. We paid by check for the first one because it was more than 30 days out. For the second one, less than 30 days, we paid by paypal. When I researched them originally, everything checked out on property records. Good luck with your decision.
