I opened it because I had several Target Disney cards. I didn't know that tickets through the YES program couldn't be bought with the account. So....now I have a lot of money in an account and nothing to use it on. I just filled a form out to request a full refund. Kind of wondering how long that will take. I'm assuming I'll just get a Disney gift card with the full amount? I had over $1500 in there!?!
