VA Premium Economy- Gatwick

Can anyone confirm whether on PE flights from Gatwick you get to watch the full entertainment package or whether you just get a small selection of films?

When we flew in Oct we only got to watch a very limited amount of films, whereas when we flew from Heathrow to NY in PE we got a much wider selection. We flew economy last time from Gatwick so was nt sure if that was the reason we got such a limited entertainment package & that with PE you get the full selection???

The Gatwick fleet is still outfitted with the old Nova or Odyssey systems - only Heathrow has the new PE seats with the V-Port ondemand video system.

so yes - Gatwick fleet is the limited films selection and old seats having had no refits. They were supposed to all be upgraded in late 2008 but all that was put on hold due to the economy.

Its not to do with the class you fly in but the planes, Gatwick has the Nova or Odyssey system that is limited in choice whereas the Heathrow planes have V-port which is video on demand and a bigger choice.
