Krispe,
I have had the pleasure of eat at Morimotos twice since 1993. First trip was June 1993, while in Philly on a business trip (yes, read expense report!

)
I ate at their sushi bar on a Thursday evening in 1993 and had lunch there this past January (2005). I was able to snag seats at their Sushi Bar both times, and it was worth the wait.
Being adventurous, we had their "Omakase" both at lunch and dinner, which as their website says....Chef's Choice a multi-course tasting menu designed to allow you to experience the essence of Morimoto's Cuisine.
Omakase at dinner and lunch has 3 different "pricing levels" from $45 - $65 for lunch and $90 to $130 for Dinner. They also offer a "Beverage Omakase" which is a wine pairing without the wine.
We went for the high end and it was well worth it. I can't go into great details about it, because it was a some time ago and I was not planning on writing a review..., but the things that stand out in my mind are Toro Tuna, it melts in your mouth.....Lobster something or another, was incredible.....Octopus - YUCK, it was CHEWY.
If you get the chance to try Morimotos I highly recommend it.
