V&A Chef's Table Waitlist?

Does anyone know if V&A keeps a waitlist for the Chef's Table? I've been trying to get a reservation for anytime during our September 9-16 stay, but they are all booked.

No they do not. There is only the one reservation per night and just about never cancelled. Your best bet is to keep calling. You could get lucky. BTW, when you are at WDW don't give up; there might be a cancellation, especially if someone doesn't confirm and does not respond to the callback from V&A.
