UY and booking ?

My UY is December. I want to book a trip less than 11 months out at my home resort. I have a couple questions:
1. Do my points show up in my account at midnight Dec 1?
2. Do I have to wait until 8 to book?

1. No. The points are already there. Your 2030 UY pts are already there also but you can only borrow 1 UY ahead and at 11 months out, so you can't book Dec 1, 2029 with borrowed pts from 2030 until January 2029.

2. For less than 11 months out, no. You don't have to wait.

1. If you look, your points are already there. UY has nothing to do with when you can book, it only determines which points you can use. If the trip falls between December 1, 2018 and November 30, 2019 you can use those December 2018 points to book it. If the first day of your trip is 11 months or less from today, you can book online right now. If the first day of the trip is November 1, 2019, you can book tomorrow. You can always book your home resort at 11 months; you don’t have to wait for your UY to begin.

2. Yes, online booking opens at 8:00 AM ET. If you want or need to call, MS opens at 9:00 AM ET.
