Umm, my moms friend friend is a cop and he said its ok to go 5-10 mph more than the speed limit. 15 mph is too much depending on the original speed limit.

Technically, you could get pulled over for going 1 over the speed limit. You are speeding. We have alot of photo radar around here and my friend got a ticket for going 3 over.

i told my mom about this thread......she laughed......

how many fo you actually believe she didnt get a ticket? i think she did and shes mad because we didnt support her.......

and if she didnt get a ticket and has to write a paper, what makes you think she isnt going to use the info on this thread? i mean yeah its wrong but she could easily take all of our quotes and make them her own. shes telling us she isnt going to use this info but how will we know for a fact that she doesnt?

i dont like people who do this kind of crap....

Exactly what I said. I absolutely don't believe her. This is just a way for her to get people to talk about something different from her harmful speeding.

IF it is research, I agree with you. There's nothing stopping her from using everything we said. What are we going to do? Virtually beat her up? NO we can't do anything...

But like I said I don't believe her and this makes me think of her as even sicker!

Look Shelby I did not follow suit with you. I agreed with you. After reading what the OP said in the first place I knew exactly what I was going to say. Noramlly my posts are not influenced by others. What I said was what I really believed, just cause you said it also doesn't mean I followed suit.

I just read this entire thread, and it is all very confusing to me. I don't think this girl is doing a study, because among other things, she would not have gotten so defensive if that were the case.

If there really is a paper, there actually is one way to stop her from quoting us. You could edit your posts out, but you will have to do it quickly if you wish for her to not copy and paste.
