usrentacar - Star Buy

Does anyone know who the "Star Buy" supplier is with USrentacar? It comes up as slightly cheaper than Budget.

We smething similar with them last year and rented their own car. The deal was that we would be emailed our voucher shortly before we went and it would say who the supplier was - I presume the cheapest deal they could negotiate at that point. It also worked out just cheaper than Budget and lo and behold when our voucher arrived it was with Budget! THis sounds to be similar.
