Hi, we (wife, 19 year old son, his GF and myself ) flying to Orlando June 20 for 5 days ( 3 day park hopper and 2 relax days poolside) . We are staying on property But NOT in a Disney Hotel, we got a 2BR condo at Bonnet Creek at a great price. I hate renting cars, to me that defeats a part of the relaxation part of vacation, so I was thinking of using Uber as much as possible , including from the Airport. I know you can't use the cheaper UberX getting picked up at the Airport, so may take a cab or bus or shuttle off airport limits and then call for regular uberX.
Once at Bonnet Creek, or any off site location, can you use Uber back and forth to the Disney Parks (or Transportation Center) without Disney charging an additonal $20 to the uber driver who then would charge me the extra 20 ? Can I have Uber drop me off at Club ESPN or the Contemporary without additional charge to use the International Gateway at Epcot ? Wyndham Bonnet Creek does have shuttle buses but says it charges $8/per person for each person for 1 Round Trip to any park, so to me $32 for 4 of us could easily become $64 if we come back for an afternoon swim or rest before heading back out at night to Epcot. Thoughts for both best (cheapest) way to get from Orlando Intl Airport to WBC , and daily transportation to Disney Parks? Thanks in advance ! It's been approx 10 years since our last trip.

I don't know your airport answer, but I do know the uber one. DD and her bff just got back and they used uber all the time. They were staying at west gate and wanted to stay later than the shuttles ran. The uber was able to do both drop offs and pick ups at the parks and hotels. The first driver they had was a wealth of knowledge and told them about coming and going from wdw. Their first trip was to Disney springs and they said uber was great there too. There was no extra charge.

As of last August when we used Uber for our stay at Shades of Green, UberX could pick up at the cell phone lot at the airport. So you could get there and then call for an Uber.

We didn't use Uber while we were at SoG, but powellrj has the scoop there.

We used Uber frequently the last time we stayed at Bonnet Creek. I think from BC to Boardwalk was about $6. We thought all of our drivers were nice and the process was super convenient! We never waited more than a few minutes for a ride!!

Great! Thanks, That's exactly what I needed to know! PS- did your group go back to Bonnet Creek in the afternoon for a break between parks? That's our plan for 2 of the 3 Park Hopper days we are there for.
