Does anyone know if you can use TRUE BLUE points earned from Jet Blue Airlines to upgrade from Coach to Business Class or are the TRUE BLUE points only good for booking flights? I looked on the Jet Blue Website and it doesn't say anything there about this topic so I thought I would query the DisBoards to see if anyone out there might know the answer. Thank you in advance.

WE HAVE TRUE BLUE, WE FLY JET BLUE ALL THE TIME. I WAS WONDERING WHAT THE DIFFERENCE IS. EVERYTIME WE HAVE FLOWN WE HAVE GOTTEN LOTS OF LEGROOM, OWN TV, AND DUNKIN DONUT COFFEE:cool1: CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU GET IN BUSINESS CLASS? IVE NEVER INQUIRED BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS SO MUCH MORE AND THE SEATS LOOKED ALL THE SAME.

We've flown Jetblue dozens of times and they do not have a "business class". They do have the "extra room" seats which give you about 4 - 6 more inches of legroom, and early boarding, but I don't think you can purchase that option with points.

Like PP said, there is only one class on Jetblue. They have a few rows with extra legroom but that's it.

Currently you need to use other forms of payment (Credit card, travel credit, gift card) to purchase a JetBlue EMS seat. They say they are working on this, to eventually allow you to buy EMS with miles., at least for some.

This question really should be asked on the community board or the transportation board not the DCL discussion board. It is specifically asking about airline policy and not about a DCL cruise.

Thanks for the people who replied to my inquiry. I have not flown Jet Blue much and just assumed they had a business class like other airlines and was wondering if I had the option. I was using this forum specifically because I have booked flights on Jet Blue for my upcoming cruise in February 2013. I'm sure there was a more appropriate forum to post on but I have been on the CruiseLine Forum so much lately I didn't think about another forum. Thanks again.
