The cost of DD's flight dropped about $75, and (shockingly) USAir refunded the price difference without charging me the change fee ($200- ridiculous!). However, it wasn't a refund to my credit card; the money is being held as travel funds. Do you know if I can apply these funds towards DD's baggage fees? I really hope so- otherwise I'll probably end up losing the $75 as it's pretty expensive to fly out of Bangor; we usually go to Manchester or Portland (especially now that Southwest is flying out of PWM!).

I don't think so.
