Using the Limo in Escape Package

We are staying at Yacht Club and plan on getting wed at the Gazebo followed by photos around the resort/boardwalk then dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse. So, we dont need to use the 4hours of limo time.

I know we can use it during our stay but do you think we could use it to pick us up from I-Drive (where we are staying for a week first) along with all our luggage, take us to the court house for our licence, then take us to Yacht Club to check in?

We dont plan on hiring a car and this could save us over $150

How great would it be if you could great idea. Unfortunately I don't have the answer, although as you say others have been allowed to use it during their stay so don't see why not perhaps the best person to ask is your planner.

You can use the limo other than for your wedding day. The only stipulation my planner gave us was that you couldn't split up the 4 hours.

Sounds workable to me. I know past couples have gone to the court house and back. I'd ask to double check but I can't see why not.

Pinkgirl, did you know you can organise getting your wedding license from the UK so you dont have to do it when you get out there and waste a day?

When we were planning I did look into this and found a website that gives you the nearest location of a notary. I think there were a couple in Durham. We contacted one guy and he had no idea what we were talking about, so we decided to play it safe and pop over to the court house instead. It was kind of fun in a weird way!
