Using the BC pool pre check-in

On our next trip, we are going to be moving from Bay Lake Tower over to the Beach Club Villas. We are planning on hitting the MK in the morning but then wanted to come back and use the Beach Club pool in the afternoon to get a break from the crowds and enjoy the ammenities. Does anyone know if we would be allowed to use the pool if though we technically can't check in until 3p or 4p?

well many times you can get your room early. I would think if you are there on check in day no one is going to say much to you. Of course if you need a room key to get in you wont have one. and if you dont have a room to go to and a lightning strom comes up and they close the pool you would have no were to go.

You need to "pre" check-in, whenever you can. You will get your KTTW cards which you can then use to go to SAB. Without KTTW cards, you can't get in. They will text/call you when your room is ready and tell you the room #.

Yes you can get your room cards at 7am, the room may not be ready till much later.

Recently stayed at BCV and checked in 6 hours early. CM gave us our KTTW cards and we went stright to SAB. Pool Attendant/Lifeguard checked our cards, gave us our wristbands and enjoyed the day. We left our cell # at the desk and by 2:30pm, we received a text message stating that our room was ready along with the room #.
