Using pool at other Universal hotel?

We will be staying at RPR, and wondering if we could occasionally use the pool at Hard Rock or Portofino if we fancied a change?
About 6 years ago we did this, but not sure if its officially broadcasted or allowed.

Yes, they encourage pool hopping. Just use your room key at the gate.
