Using points from Chase Disney card

Have enough points to pay for our room at CSR. I think all I have to do is put points on gift card and use gift card to pay for room at front desk. Is this correct?

You need to request a Redemption Card from Disney Chase Visa and load your reward dollars on to it. Once you receive the card, you can use it online or in person to pay for your room, just like you would use a regular credit card.

You can also call and give them the number on the card, as it is just like a credit card. I did that to pay for cake I ordered, and the girl on the phone had to check if she could take the Disney reward dollars card over the phone and her manager said yes.

Don't wait too long to order the card, they can take a few weeks.

You can redeem the rewards $$ at guest services, I believe.

I was just checking this. On the Rewards website it lists the locations on property that will issue you a redemption gc.

We've always requested a redemption card in advance... once you have it, it can be reloaded with your rewards as long as it hasn't expired. Also, although it was a few years ago, when I called to load my card, I had to be very specific about what I wanted to do... some of the CSR at Chase didn't know the process. So great to use the benefits that you've earned. Enjoy!
