Using PIN codes or discounts/free dining if booked through a UK travel agent?

Hiya,
I've booked my first ever stay at WDW property through Thomson, I normally stay off-site. My question is can we use the room discount or free dining pins as UK citizens booking through a UK travel agent? Could I phone Disney up directly once an offer has come out and ask them to apply it to my reservation?

Whatever you've booked now is what you get. If any offers are announced by Disney (or even by Thomsons) you will not reduce the amount you have to pay. The quote you have for what you have booked will be what your holiday costs.

It is only the US travel agents who tend to apply new discounts to existing reservations.

Just to add - UK residents don't tend to get sent PIN codes so the only way you would know is if you phoned Disney US. And it is only valid when booking direct with Disney US.

You could have booked through a US agent though like dreams and had any codes or offers applied!
Always works out great if going when too late for UK booking offers
