Using Paypay at TDR

I am going to be buying a resort package at TDR for next summer. I will be there next June so have until January to figure things out. Given all the issues people have with credit cards with TDR bookings has anyone had any experience purchasing with Paypal. The TDR site says that they accept that.

Paypay and Paypal are completely different companies and Paypay is a Japan only service. There's no way you can use it unless you live in Japan and have a Japanese bank account.

I only saw an option to enter a credit or debit card when I purchased my vacation packages and hotels.
