Using our points to ......

stay at The Boardwalk Villas in Virgina Beach. We leave tomorrow and are there till the 30th. We are hoping for a very quiet and relaxing vacation.

When co-workers asked where we were going, they were very shocked I did not say WDW. They all asked if I was feeling okay and if we finally got our fill of WDW!!! NO WAY!!! We just wanted to try something different with our points. I know some people think that the best use of points is WDW stays but, I don't think we would have paid OOP to go. I'm wishing for warm weather and SUNSHINE, something we have been a little short of here in PA this past month.

We won't be taking the laptop so I'm sure I'll be missing and having withdrall symptoms from the DIS!!!

Have a GREAT vacation. If you can find time when you get back, I'd love to hear a report of how this resort compares to Disney's and your overall thoughts relative to value v. your points, etc.

I'm cerain in years to come, my DW and I will be investigating these options and expanding our vacation options too. One of the reasons we bought to begin with.
