Using old magic band instead of my AP Magic Band

Okay I'll try to explain this without getting anyone confused


My friend so graciously invited me to go to Disney with her this coming Sunday.
She booked her room at POP a while back so she has already received her magic Band
She just recently added me to the reservation



I have an Annual Pass Magic Band. It is red


The magic band she picked out is also red.


Can I bring a magic band from a previous trip instead of my AP band?

In otherwords.. I have a BLUE Magic Band from my January trip. Can I bring that MB instead of my AP Magic Band. If So do I just need to have them sync it at check in?

Assuming both your bands are linked to your MDX account and active, yes.

As long as the band is linked and active you can use whichever you choose,I have like 6 of them,some from previous stays some from my AP.I just go with whatever color I feel like wearing that day since they're all linked and ready to use.

shouldn't matter at all which one you use (if, as noted, both bands are linked and active).

according to MDE I have 8 bands linked.. lol I'm going to bring 2 just in case!
