Ok, I still really want to see a pic of this gray card. I've never seen that.

Contact Member Administration (same phone number as MS, different option on menu) to ensure your mailing address is correct. Then ask them to issue you a new card. DVC requires that each person on the membership must call to update their own information.

I have done this twice and still no new cards...it is very frustrating!

Send an email to the DVC Member Satisfaction Team. Not sure if they can get it worked out, but they need to be aware of the issue you are having.

Thank you for sharing that information! I went back last night and checked my notes, I need to wait another 3 weeks before complaining. It has not been the full 8 week processing period yet!

There is a gray card? Both my new and old cards are blue.

I just looked, and I have three different cards:

- one is a very dark blue and has what appear to be mountains in the left corner
- one is grey and has a dime-size Mickey head near the top
- one is royal blue and has a quarter-size globe turned into a Mickey head on the left

Which is the New one?

There is a gray card? Both my new and old cards are blue.

See first quote, says they had a gray card. Intrigued.
