I tried to use the remaining rewards on my card to make our reservation on the 31st of december. I had to make my reservation that night or wouldn't be able to get my AP discount. My card expired 1/1 so I knew it was use it or lost it. When I made the reservation thru wdw.com it had a place to input the rewards card info but everytime I did the system gave me an error that the card was expired. I contacted Chase and they said everything was ok, I emailed Disney and got a generic response back today completely unrelated to my question. I am frustrated b/c I have lost all of my rewards on my card due to a glitch in Disney's system. Is there anything I can do about this or am I just out of luck? Should I try to contact disney again or try to get somewhere with Chase?
