Ok, not sure if this is allowed but I thought I would give it a try. I have a 6yo with 10 days of DxDP credits but will only be there 6 days and a 2yo who doesn't have the dining package because of her age.

I know that the 2yo can eat off my plate and eat a buffets at no charge.

My question is...if we go to a TS restaurant can we use 2 kids credits off her card and order a meal for my 2yo. This has been our plan all along and now I am wondering if its possible. Otherwise my 6yo will end up with 12 unused meals at the end . We have a family of 6 and one of us is staying in another family members room. They get there 4 days before us so she had to have the full 10 days of food. Please let me know if this is possible.

Also on our last day we have another family member joining us and IF we have extra credits ( I have heard many people do), can we use our extra credits for her?

Curious how you have 10 days of credits for a 6 nigh stay?

Sorry. Can't answer your question.

From what I understand, if you paid for one child, you can order one childs meal.

From what I have read on the Dining plan booklet-you are not share the plan with those not on the plan.

2 Parties, 1 party arriving day 1. 2nd party (hers) arriving day 5. 6 year old is staying in first party's room due to size. 6 year old gets all 10 days of plan, the rest of party 2 gets the 6 days that their reservation is for.

As far as the answer. It's likely going to be a no on the first count. The second count is a for sure no.

No, that's not permitted.

As for the other question, if there are two adults and one child listed on your key card as being on the dining plan, you can purchase 2 adult and 1 child meal, no more.

Why not say the 2YO is in the other room for the 10 days? Seems like that would solve the problem. 6 nights of DDP and the 2YO is free anyway.... Or am I missing something.

Guessing that it's a resort with a max of 4 + 1 under 3? Allowing them to legally have 5 in their room by keeping the 2y/o there but it wouldn't be legal to keep the 6 y/o in there.

That's my guess though, I suppose I could let the OP speak for herself :p.

When you get your KTTWC it will have the number of people on the dining plan printed on it (2A 1C). Therefore, when you order meals, you cannot order any more than that.

Cafeen,

You are so right!! Wow!! Its like you are booked on my trip. LOL. Ok, so no way to do it? I will have to use them up on QS meals then in the middle of the day. Thanks all!!

I suppose the question would be, does the card your daughter will have list more than one child in that room? If that was the case, then there would be no problem ordering two children's meals off the pool of credits for that room at a TS meal.

Great question. Sadly no, the other "child" in the room is 15 so is considered an adult. It looks like I am out of luck. I have a couple other ideas on how to use those credits. Just looks like it will be more challenging to get our money out of it.

You know, as often as I hear this (so far once in the past 6 months ;)), I never tire.

LOL. Well you were right both times you posted on mine. So that's 2 "You are right's" . Seems like you are pretty good at figuring things out.....Or you are in my head, hmmmm......LOL JK
