Using magic Express at MCO but not coming from flight..luggage?

Our way to WDW we are driving form Miami, then dropping rental car at the airport and going to the ME for disney. Where do we bring luggage?

Doing pretty much the same thing in Sept..driving over from Vero Beach, to MCO, and taking DME to BWV. Just bringing my bags with me to the bus. No big deal!!
