Using Kingdom Lunch Vouchers at Concourse Steakhouse

I have already posted this on the Dining thread but I thought that I could use some of the wealth of knowledge found here on the Budget board to answer my ?'s.....

We were thinking about doing lunch at the Concourse Steakhouse and I was wondering if anyone has ever eaten there before? There will be 3 adults and 1 child. We were thinking about using the Kingdom Lunch Vouchers there on one of our non-park days.
What is the best time for lunch there? What is the one thing on the menu that is a must or even a don't?
Do you have a better idea for a non-park day lunch using the vouchers?

We have stayed at CR where the Concourse is located and it is not crowded most of the time. Anytime should be fine to plan a lunch there. We have intended on trying it, but don't seem to fit it in. For another suggestion on a no park day, try the Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom. You don't need park access to go to the restaurant. Check out their menu on www.wdwig.com its the best deal for these vouchers. We have eaten ther3 3 times using vouchers. I am sure the Concourse would be good also, just don't have any personal experience there. Have a great time
