Using eGiftcards for real life upgrades

Hi there,

for our upcoming trip I'm planning to upgrade our regular park tickets to AP's. As we will arrive early in Orlando I thought it would be the best bet to go to the guest relations in Disney Springs and upgrade it with electronic GC's I purchased/will purchase via the MPX app in $500er portions. As we will need around $2500, do they accept these eGC's or do I have to combine these on disneygiftcards.com?

Hi! I’m happy to tell you we did exactly that on our trip last month. I used several e gift cards that I bought from target.com to upgrade our family to APs. I did combine a few $500 cards to make it a faster transaction, but you don’t have to. (They let you combine up to $1000 per card I believe.) And quick tip I got from a cast member, we used the Guest Relations window at International Gateway. It was not busy at all!
