The couple of times I've used the concierge program it has been seamless. The points chart doesn't say anything about extra charges, so you *should* be fine. Keep the member services phone number handy, just in case. Or ask Member Services ahead of time who you should call if you get there and the hotel tries to charge you extra. I'm not sure if the program includes parking or wi-fi or any 'extras' like that - you might look at the hotel's website to see if there are extra charges such as those and then ask Member Services if those are included and, if so, if they have any documentation you can print off to 'prove' to the hotel if there are questions.
But generally speaking, I'd expect no issues based on my experience (which is very limited.) Since it's new to the program, you might get someone at the hotel who hasn't experience with the details, so try to have your documentation ready just in case.
