Using DU

Right now I am using DU to book our cruise and we have decided to add some days at the parks for our vacation. I do belong to AAA so my question is would it make more sense just to have DU book our whole vacation or should I use my AAA agent? I have heard so many great things about going through DU to book a disney vacation but honestly what advantages do they have over AAA? We would be looking at a package. I would like to hear from others who have used DU to book their packages...by the way my AAA agent was pretty good for our upcoming March trip but I still had to call her a few times and ask about certain codes so I could get a few discounts. How much money can one save over DU using AAA when booking packages? Thanks for any help.

If you're an obsessive planner you may want to handle things yourself. I know many on these boards love calling CRO themselves and making all of their arrangemments,if not let DU handle that for you. DU will take care of all your ADRs if you choose which can be very helpful especially if you are after some difficult character meals etc.. I'm not sure if AAA does that or not. DU is generally very good, we have used them a few times and have always been satisfied.

Cheers,

Schuey

If you book a package with DU and a code comes out they apply it to your reservation without being asked. You cannot get the AAA package discount if you use DU. Only your AAA agent can do it. I booked my package with DU because I trusted my agent more.
