A few weeks ago on one of the email shows, a listener from the UK asked the question about booking through Dreams from the UK. The question was only partly answered. I think the listener asked if Dreams could also be used for booking flights out of the UK. When i heard this my ears pricked up as I have considered booking through Dreams from the UK. When you book a wdw trip from the UK using a UK travel agent, you only qualify fro free dining if you stay in a moderate or delux resort. However it is my understanding that packages booked with US agents will qualify for free dining when staying at value resorts (obviously only within eligable dates).
The problem for UK residents who want to book WDW holidays using US agents, is that they will usually have to arrange their flights themselves and this then pushes the cost up through the roof. However if the flights were handled by the agent, the cost of the whole package inc flights might be more competative.

Sorry for the long winded question, but if this could be answered and if it was possible for dreams to handle the flights, I am sure i would book future trips through them and I'm sure others from the UK would do the same as it seems your customer service far exceeds anything the UK can offer.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

DU can't do flights for international people.
So the answer is no.

But if you do a good search you will find flights that are the same or even a better price then a package thru a UK TA.

As per Yvette's answer so I book my flight locally and then book the cruise/accommodation etc through Dreams.

You'd have to do the maths to work out what works out best for you - its slightly easier for us in some ways as we don't have the packages available that you get in the UK. :)

The others are right however I wanted to give a Brits perspective of using dreams.

We haven't booked a UK package in years as I can always do it cheaper and get exactly as I want. We usually fly Virgin so I generally book flights in the sale. Then comes Dreams - we book our accommodation through them. I like that they have access to all room types on property not just the select few we get in the UK. For example in September we originally had a CL room at the Contemporary then changed our mind and now have a 1 bed at BWV. I like the room discounts as free dining doesn't interest us.

Give it a try - it's not as hard as you think and UK companies have done a great job of making people think they are getting a good deal when they really aren't.

I agree with a lot that's been posted, except if you want 14 day tickets then buying them through the UK site seems to be the best way of doing it.

I booked my Universal stay through Dreams (as their website is awful to navigate) so I got the best deals and some extra help and advice.
