Using DME if booked with Virgin Holidays..

Hi

Has anyone booked their trip with VH - and also used the Magical Express service?

I assumed this would be possible - we are hiring a car but are not going to pick it up until a few days into the holiday, also - wouldn't be able to get eight people + eight suitcases + golf clubs into a rental car!!

So I phoned Disney to book the DME - but they told me that it had to be booked through my travel agent ie VH.
However, I think VH would want us to use their own shuttle buses to wdw?

any info much appreciated!

I have never used it, always have a car but others have posted and said its possible.
Did you ring Disney in US? don't think Disney UK can help.
Usually you can book it online but UK users are having problems accessing the site, Disney have said they are trying to resolve the problems by mid Feb.
