Using Disney gift cards for Snacks

Can you use Disney Gift Cards to pay for food, snacks and drinks in the parks?

Yes, been doing it for years.

You can but means you have to carry them around with you vs. using your MB.

I charge to the magic band, then at night stop by the concierge with my gift cards to pay off room charges.

Yup! We have been racking up Disney giftcards for our September trip. We are paying for all of our food.. TS, QS and snacks with giftcards. We are buying them at Sams and Target to take advantage of the little bit of savings.

We have 3 room reservations, myself in my own room. We are all buying our own. So when I am finished buying giftcards I will merge them all to one on disneygiftcard.com. So I plan on having 1 card for food and 1 for souvenirs. So much easier merging them, than having a whole bunch to bring and figure out which ones are used and aren't.

No problem using them. We just got home yesterday and used a gift card and Chase rewards card to pay for everything. I didn't feel like stopping by concierge so I just carried them with me.
