Using dining plan at Wolfgang Puck's?

DH and I were considering using one of our table service credits for the Wolfgang Puck restaurant in DTD. I noticed that there's a surcharge for certain menu items. I was just wondering if anyone knew how much for surcharges and what items they might be...

I have not done it yet but I asked this question when I made my ADRs for late September.

I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and I was told that there will be a surcharge for any entree over $27. Now I found this strange since there are no entrees over $27 listed on Deb's site so I called back a second time to verify the information with a different CM. I was told exactly the same thing by the second CM. I also asked if the $27 is for the entree only or for the entire meal and was told that is it for ENTREES over $27.

As with all information obtained from CR, this is to be taken with a grain of salt.

I dunno - the menu lists Grandma Puck's Pasta as costing 413.95
But I did notice - the menu for Wolfgang Puck's Cafe is almost two years old - so it IS possible that between normal price increases and changing menu items, there could be some entrees that have the surcharge

Same as at Planet Hollywood, although I believe the $ limit there is $21 or $22.

If you really want an answer you can rely on, it might be better to call Wolfgang Puck's and ask them what the restrictions are.

Does the above information also apply to The Dining Room at Wolfgang Puck Cafe? or is it not on the Disney Dining list at all for the dining plan?
