Using Developers Points for DLH

We just added on during our recent DCL cruise and received the 100 developers points. Since we are going to DL in July (out there for a conference afterwards) for 4 nights, it just seems natural to use 96 of the developers points to book DLH.

A couple of questions. I noticed that if you booked cash, that there was a $11 resort fee charged for parking, internet, etc. Does anyone know if you still have to pay this when using points? Also, I assume that taxes are included in points as well, is this correct?

Second, does anyone know if the GCH models will be open at that time? Not that I want to add on there, but I am interested to see what they will look like.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at CGH on developer points, and only paid for valet parking. Resort fees and tax are included in the point stay. And the only reason we didn't self park was we were expecting rain that didn't appear until we checked out on Sunday afternoon.
