Using DDP credits to "pay" for guests

My brother and SIL who live in FL may meet up with us on arrival day at CSR. I figured we could use some of our credits to pay for their meals at Pepper Market for dinner, since we will have extra QS credits. Is this allowed? Will Disney check if they are on the DDP? TIA!

It is allowed and we were able to use our DDP credits to pay for meals for our daughter and son-in-law. They didn't ask who was on the dining plan. The only thing that mattered was if you had enough credits.
