Using DDP and TIW

We are getting the dining plan for our Jan. trip and I am getting an annual pass and TIW. We like our appetizers and cocktails and I'm wondering if I can use my TIW for these and how difficult it will be for the servers to understand what I am doing. I'm hoping some foks on here have done this and explain to me how to make it work.

Believe it or not, you're not the first one to think of doing this, we've been doing this for years now and the CMs have no problem with it. They will give you a separate bill for the items that are not covered under the Dining Plan.

Thanks so much for the response. I figured someone was doing this and just wanted to make sure it wouldn't be a difficult thing to handle with the server. Sounds like it won't be a big deal at all.
