Using DCL to Get to Miami Airport

I'm sure this has been asked a bunch of times, but haven't had luck finding a concrete answer. Whats the ACTUAL earliest you should have a flight booked when using DCL transport to get back to the MIA? Is 1045 too early? I know there a variables but based on peoples experience?

11:00 or 11:30 is about the earliest I would suggest. 10:45 is probably okay, but you should plan to do the priority walk-off as early as you can.

How does priority walk-off work? Does DCL Transport align with that? Really want to try and book the 1045 flight but can do 11 if its really going to be an issue for me
