Using DCL Bus, Someone Onboard Tests Positive??

If someone hears how they are handling DCL bus from airport today with the Dream, can you please come report back to this thread?

I read on Facebook that people arrived at their hotel last night still didn't know what time the bus was departing today. They were obviously freaking out and planned to try calling this am for clarity

There are bound to be kinks in the system on the first cruise. Hopefully those passengers received the information they needed (and then share it with the rest of us)!

Uber drivers are supposed to wear masks but you honestly cannot count on it.

I haven't had a single Uber driver show up unmasked (in numerous states) since they implemented the mask policy.

ALWAYS get a private shuttle service. Not a rental car. A private shuttle.
Especially now during Covid, and post-covid in the future
I got so sick in a bus in 2017 after a toddler sitting across me was coughing like crazy.
I said that's it, not taking the bus ever again. Best decision I ever made.

Take a private shuttle (we use happy limo). They're safe, professional and it's super comfortable.
Yes it will cost you ~ $200 more than a bus but it's totally worth it.

Ppl spend >$10K on a cruise (twice that if on a longer cruise and a larger party) and are hesitant to "splurge" on things that impact their health?... I've never understood it.. for me it's in our top 3 "best money ever spent" list when we cruise.

Correct, however, vaccination means that you'll typically have a much milder case, if you still get it.

Me either. I've had a couple that weren't wearing them 100% correctly (and had one driver pull hers down every time she talked to me, and she was ranting about something the entire trip ), but every driver has had a mask on.
