Ok, so I tried doing a search on this AND I looked through about 3 pages on the Disney Dining Plan. So, if there is a thread already discussing this, please lead the way :)

Otherwise, help would be greatly appreciated.

We are going to be in DW from Jan. 8th-15th, so we have 14 TS, CS, and S credits to use. I've got all of our TS meals accounted for, but as of right now I have 4 'extra' CS credits.

Two of them I was going to use on our 'rest morning' eating at Pop Century food court for breakfast, but I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to use all 4 credits to get breakfast items we could use during the week in the hotel room.

Would the Pop Century food court be best for this, or could be get yummier things at another place for breakfasts at The Bakery or Goofy's Candy Shop?

I would love some ideas and suggestions!

Thanks!

I think planning CS isn't necessary and takes away the beauty of them. Use them if you are hungry. We shared most of our CS meals. You will be able to get items from the Grab and Go section of the food court using a CS credit, so if you want to grab say a yougurt, fruit cup and juice or milk to keep in the fridge (if you have one there) for snacks or breakfast you'll be able to use a CS credit for that.

My theory is that as the week went on the less hungry we were. We had an extra TS breakfast scheduled that we canceled and ate a leisurely CS breakfast instead, we had trouble finishing off a shared breakfast platter and we like that kind of food!

One place I'd definitely use a CS credits, Main Street Bakery. We got the Basil Mozzerella sandwich, carrot cake and bottled drink, all things that you could take back to the room. Also there is a CS breakfast option there, but I'm not sure what that is. I know they have warm egg/meat croissant sandwiches and breakfast pastries.

Thanks so much!

I understand what you are saying about not planning out the entire week. I've just heard that there are some good CS places and some not so good CS. I've been to Disney a few times (not for years), but my dh has never been and I want to make sure I bring him to the best. So, I have a general idea of options where we can eat and where.

I'm trying not to overplan and I am planning on being flexable.

That is good to know that there are things at the Main Street Bakery that you can grab and go. That should work :0) THanks!
