Using CS at Main Street Bakery

I know years ago you could get 2 items and a drink for 1 CS credit. Has anyone been recently to know if this is still the same?

Yes that is what we did last summer.

Just note you thread post says TS. Looks like you corrected it in the text though. MSB is definitely NOT a TS restaurant.

Absolutely. I had the basil mozzerella sandwich, HUGE slice of carrot cake and a bottled drink. My 6yo nephew was in heaven with his Uncrustable PB&J and milk. Can't recall what he grabbed as dessert though.

Please tell me about this basil mozzarella sandwich. I saw it on the menu and thought it sounded good, but can't picture what it would be like.

We get in very late our first night and I don't like breakfast, so I'm looking for a way to use a CS where I know I would use a snack (ice cream sandwich - I dream of them!) Snacks are so much easier to use; guess that says something about how healthy I eat on vacation!

I just had the mozzarella sandwich on 4/30, and it is my absolute favorite WDW CS meal! It's a nice-sized roll with asiagio cheese baked onto the top. The bottom of the roll has a yummy basil pesto sauce smeared on it. On top of this is a slice or two of ripe tomato (absolutely perfect last week!), topped with a generous circle of fresh mozzarella. These are pre-made, wrapped in cellophane and kept refrigerated. They are first brought out around 11:45 AM (I think) -- we had arrived at the Bakery about 5 minutes before they came out from the back and I gladly waited. I love that it's wrapped because I like to grab it at the Bakery and then join DH and kids at whatever hamburger-and-fries place they've selected!
