Using credit from unused DL ticket

Hi All!

I have some DL tickets I bought for a 4/2023 trip that I was unable to use. I want to use them for a trip in 4/2025. My confirmation says "Tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2025" and I'm wondering if they will let me use these funds for a trip 3 months after that. I called DL and they said they can't help yet since pricing is not available. They suggested I call back in December when the y have 2025 pricing. Does anyone know if I will be able to use this credit?

I don't know what a "credit demo" ticket is, but for regular Disneyland tickets, after they expire you can apply their original value towards the cost of a new ticket:

I'm surprised they didn't tell you that if you called Disney. They just wouldn't be able to tell you at this point how much more you'll have to pay for an equivalent 2025 ticket.

They will apply the value of what you paid for the tickets to the current price of the tickets you plan to purchase. The new tickets must be of equal or greater value.
