Using credit card to purchase points?

Are you able to use a credit card to purchase points resale through TSS?

no. there may be one resale company out there that allows ccs, but they'll charge you extra fees to make up for it.

yes, that is exactly what I did last month. But I had one of those deals where you can write a check from your charge card and I had till July of next year to have .87%I wrote myself a large check, deposted in my checking account and than sent a personnel check to the timeshare store. my transaction took a little over a month from start to finish (175 pts ssr )
you can't beat the interest rate but of course I have to pay it off by july or the rate will go up to 1000 %(pretty high)

Thank you for your help. I'll look into the checks from our credit card company. We almost have enough to pay for it and found the perfect resale that fits our needs so just looking for options for that last little bit!
