Using Costco Placeholder

I used Costco to book my last cruise and indicated that I wanted to keep them as my agent on my placeholder form. I have the placeholder confirmation email, to use it on opening day I need to call Costco, correct?

Totally worth doing, but plan to have at least an hour set aside, if not longer.
