Using Club Level Concierge to make ADRs?

I have been searching all the threads for the most recent info, but haven't been able to find a recent thread. Will the concierge book these for you? This year I'm celebrating my 50th bday, and will be traveling with no access to internet/phone when my 180 day window arrives. I'd like to book as early as possible because our trip to WDW is during that busy Christmas to New Years time of year.

If I've been reading the news correctly I don't think they do any more but I could be wrong. I'm sure we'' get some up to date responses other than mine.

The pp is correct that IPO had been changed to a more generic status as guests were being directed to the central reservation/dining number for making ADRs and other arrangements prior to your trip, but that seems to have changed (or is in the process of changing). People have posted on the CL thread that Signature Services is contacting CL guests about upcoming stays and offering to help book ADRs, etc. Here is a link to the CL thread to look at recent posts about it and/or to ask any questions you might have:

That said, using the Concierge to try to get top ADRs like a BOG dinner is going to be disappointing. They won't be on at 6AM doing it for you, and there are not ADRs held for them.

It's now called Disney Signature Services, and they will book dining for you, I believe. I had them cancel a spa appointment for me this week.
