Using banked 2021 points into 2023?

This is a really newbie question, but if I bank my 2021 points (Feb) could I use them combined with my 2022 points for a booking that takes place in 2023, i.e. later than Feb 2023?

No, the banked 2021 points into 2022 UY could not be used passed Jan 31, 2023.

If you bank Feb UY 2021 points into 2022 they would need to be used between Feb 1 2022 - Jan 31 2023. These points would not be able to to banked or extended again passed this end date.

Your Feb 2022 points (non-banked) would have to be used for a trip Feb 1 2022 - Jan 31 2023 unless you bank them into 2023 UY.

I am looking at your signature. You referenced FEB in your post which I assumed was your UY but is that your bank date? When is your UY just to clarify?

UY is Feb…that’s what they gave me when I bought direct two weeks ago.

So just to clarify, I understand my banked points would need to be used at some point within the next year — 2/2022 - 2/2023 — but I cannot use them for a booking in 1/2023 for a trip that takes place in 6/23?

Correct. Because using your points is NOT when you book the trip, it's when the trip takes place and the points are used. All you need to think about is when the trip is HAPPENING. Hope that helps

No, this is my first contract and it was what was offered to me by the rep.
