Using babysitting service for run morning

Has anyone used the Kids nite out babysitting service for a run? Specifically with the 5:30 start so crazy early supposed to catch bus by 3:30? I'm wondering how this works with someone coming to your room basically in the middle of the night? I'm vaguely hopeful I can get a friend to come with me but likely will need a sitter. TIA

When I looked into doing it in 2014 they had a comprehensive write up on their website. If it's not there I would call them and ask about the procedure for the event.
