We have two hotels booked, 1 at Desert Inn and Suites, and the other at Best Western Raffle Inn and Suites.

Desert Inn is right across the street. We stayed there 8 years ago, it was good for us. We loved the ability to just walk across the street.

The Best Western room is bigger, it fits our family better with 2 bathrooms, has a better and earlier breakfast ( 630am compared to 7 am start) has more chairs to sit in during our afternoon break. And is quite a bit cheaper.

Issue with Best Western is the distance. I've downloaded the A-Way WeGo app and have looked at morning times and our plan is to be finished eating by 6:45. Ive noticed the bus has come by at 655 and 715. And is not very full. So that works.

Ive read that there are long lineups for Uber at the end of the night. so Im guessing the same for ART as well. Our youngest is 7, so Im pretty sure her legs will be done at the end of the night and wont want to walk. Just wondering what others experiences with using ART at the end of the night.

The issue is when leaving the park at night I dont know when we would be leaving. But if its from 8 to 10pm, how is the ART transportation then? Are there long lineups for the bus? Is the schedule of ART pretty consistent?

I don't know about the ART transportation. But I've stayed at the Homewood Suites near that Best Western and used the buses from the Toy Story parking lot. They were running regularly and quite convenient. You will have a bit more of a walk if you use them, but they are at least an alternative to consider.

This is what we did back when we would stay at both Homewood Suites and Raffle Inn & Suites. They did move the pickup location when they redid security making it a longer walk but I would still do that over ART. Seemed like those buses were not running very often and very full by the time they reached that location.

I've used ART and EVE on a number of recent trips to Disneyland. From my experience, the ART buses run all routes pretty consistently in the mornings before 10 am and in the evenings after 6 pm. It's the middle of the day when they cut back on drivers and combine routes that you end up waiting longer for the shuttle to arrive. From 8 to 10 pm, you should be fine for ART. I've never waited longer than 10-15 mins in the evening and I've never had a shuttle be too full to get on the next departure.

Desert Inn is my fav, stay there and walk.
ART transport is terrible.
We usually get one of the suites at Desert Inn which has two rooms.

It’s about a 20 minute walk from the main entrance. It’s adjacent to the TS parking lot so if you have tired legs taking the bus will help out but probably won’t save much time.

Be aware that there’s no sidewalks from the TS lot to Harbor and on VERY rare occasions, Anaheim PD will block you from entering the lot for safety reasons.

What do you mean by this? There was a sidewalk leading from Harbor to the TS lot. Did it get removed?
