Using an AP voucher after the "use by" date?

Our AP's have lapsed and we would like to use our economic stimulus check to buy AP vouchers at our local Disneystore. We will most likely be going to DL in the fall but if we can't make the trip until February or March would we still be able to get AP's with the plastic vouchers even though "for use before January 5, 2009" is clearly printed on the back?

We ran into this problem with my hubby's AP voucher. I called guest services and asked if it really expires and the CM told me that this was just a "guideline" and they would accept it at the gate. I was still a little nervous when we used it the first time, but the CM at the gate welcomed him in and we went straight to the AP center to get his picture taken since there was no line.

You shouldn't have any problems using it after the date on the voucher. If you do, have the CM at the gate call the lead or supervisor. This is the advice that we got from the CM @ guest services..
