using air miles for hotel.

I plan on using air miles to book one of my hotels on the drive down..do they accept Visa debit to pay the tax..I can't seem to find the answer. Also if I had to cancel how does that work.

I can't answer about the VISA debit card (don't know) but the reservation is "set in stone" so to say. I *think* you can add travel insurance but again not sure. Generally speaking if we're planning on using AM for this we make good & sure our plans are solid. We've done this multiple times and never had any problems BTW.

Quoting the Air Miles site "All Hotel redemptions are non-refundable at time of booking." so like DMH mentioned, make sure your plans are solid when using AM to book a room. We've booked rooms for our travels down south using AM before but have not paid using Visa Debit.

I used my debit visa when i paid my taxes and fees. And pretty much what they said about cancelling.
