Using Air Miles - DL Park Passes

I was so excited to see that park passes are now available again to order directly from Air Miles, without having to go through Onyx Personal Shopper. I was short about 500 miles to get 4, 5-day park hoppers, but I loaded up this weekend at Safeway and got 919 miles that posted today. I then tried to order them from the website and when I get all the information entered and do "place my order" the page loads and then does not progress to the "booking confirmation" page. It is super frustrating. I tried to call the Red Tag Air Miles line, but their message says all travel must be booked online and when I tried to talk to an operator I was disconnected. Chat is miserable and I got no where after an hour of waiting. Any advice? I tried different devices and browsers.
